 We have exciting newly created opportunities for outstanding individuals to work for our numerous engineering clients across the Middle East and Africa. They will be expected to work internationally as the roles involves a significant amount of travel . These roles will lead on developing and implementing our clients’ diversification strategy, identifying future commercial and diversification opportunities through partnerships and potential acquisitions.

These opportunities are with a large engineering companies based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE, however, these positions could be based in either East or West Africa. As Business Develop Managers, they will be responsible for maximizing the company’s sales team potential, crafting competitive and innovative sales plans to help meet customers’ acquisition and revenue growth targets.

They will achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing their sales teams, design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, identify emerging markets in Africa and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

To be successful, you will have at least 4-7 years of Strategic Business Development experience. Engineering experience or background is a plus.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Management or related field will be preferred.

A professional certification in Business Development or Strategic Business Development is highly required.
